The national carrier of Kenya is one of the reliable airlines connecting the African continent to the US. The airline aims to tap into the growing passenger population in the continent and increased demand for air services.

The airline is celebrating a milestone of 1700 flights to New York and is one of the few Africa’s major airlines that have direct flights to the United States.

In a statement issued by the airline on its website and social media pages, the airline will increase its flights from four to five from October 29, 2023. “Starting 29th October 2023, we offer you additional flights from 4x to 5x weekly from Nairobi to New York,” reads its statement in part.

The development means that those struggling to find tickets from East Africa now have little to worry about. Additionally, the airline which is one of Africa’s major airline has also announced plans to introduce daily flights from December 4, 2023. The flights will be from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) to John F Kennedy (JFK) International Airport in New York.
