NBC Sports reports that prior to the game, Taylor did not believe the fete he would achieve at the end of the game that was held at the MetLife stadium. However, a page in the history books had already opened for him, and was only awaiting his performance to have his name inscribed in the team’s history. In the match, Taylor led his teammates to defeat Commanders 14-7, becoming the first black starting quarterback to lead the team to victory. He was drafted to the NFL in 2011, according to ESPN, and has represented some of the major NFL outfits. His career path includes stints with the Baltimore Ravens, Cleveland Browns, Houston Texans, and Buffalo Bills. He also played for the Los Angeles Chargers for two seasons before he switched to his current side the Giants. His total career yards is about 11, 373.
Taylor was born in 1989 and had a love for football while growing up. In his early career, he played college football. Before he received an NFL draft by the Baltimore Ravens in 2011, he had represented the Virginia Tech.
